Postraduate Application Forms
2010

Massey University enrolment and other application forms will be in the enrolment pack. The Massey Enrolment web pages provide a wide range of helpful resources including a section to download enrolment forms. The University's Application to Postgraduate Study (APS) form is in the Supplementary enrolment forms section.

The application forms for the Specialised Postgraduate Psychology programmes are available from this School of Psychology page in PDF format. You should be able to fill out most of the forms in Adobe Reader and then save and print them as required.

The set of forms required consists of:

Massey University Application for Admission to Postgraduate Study - 2010 (needs to be printed and signed)
Selection into Clinical Psychology Training - 2010
Additional Specialised Postgraduate Qualifications - 2010
Selection into the PGDip in Psychological Practice - 2010
Request for Confidential Referee Reports - 2010

If you still have difficulty, please contact Massey Contact (contact@massey.ac.nz or 0800 MASSEY [0800 627739]), requesting a 2010- Prosectus for Postgraduate Psychology and enclosing your name, address, date of birth and Massey student ID if applicable. They will arrange for a prospectus, which includes the required forms, to be forwarded to you by mail.

Please remember that the 2010 Enrolment Pack is also required from the Enrolments Office to be completed and returned by the required deadline.
